If you don't already have a WikiDot account, you'll need to make one. There's a nice link at the top of this page that says "Create Account".

After you've made an account and/or logged in, find the page you wish to add the song to. I picked the song "The Butcher", by Rusty Cooley (fretted by MoN01). Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the link that says "edit".

When you click edit, the page will grow and scroll down to the editor screen.

(NOTE: When editing a page, you have a "lock" on that page. This means that only you can edit that page for that period of time. This is so too people don't submit page revisions at the same time)
The lists are sorted alphabetically by Artist name, so scroll through until you find where your song will go. "Rusty Cooley" comes after "Rush" and before "Ryan 8-bit", so I made a line break between them.

The songs database is seperated into five columns: Artist, Title, Difficulties, Fretted By, and Link. To add a song, you MUST follow this form. You will be able to find almost all of this information in the song's topic. If you are the song's fretter, you should already know all of this.

Now that you have all your information, it's time to start putting it into the formula given by the database. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU FOLLOW THIS FORMULA.
|| "Artist Name" || "Title" || "Difficulties || "Fretted By" || ["Url to song's thread in Tune Posting" Link] ||
My entry for "The Butcher" looked like this:

Notice the circled box labled "Short Description of Changes". Please take a few seconds to fill this out. It doesn't need to be much. Simply the artist and song title of the song/s you entered will suffice. When you're finished, hit the button labled "Save" (also circled above).
Congratulations! You've just added a song to the FoF Wiki Song Database! Thanks for your support in making the wiki the most complete database available to the community!
